The rice-based dish is flavoured with tomato purée, chilli (both ground and fresh), ginger and garlic powder. This ready-made spicy sauce blends tomatoes with onions, red peppers and spices to create a base for your rice. As well as adding flavour, it speeds up the process of making jollof.
