    Order Processing and Shipment delivery

    All In-stock products ship within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

    Standard Delivery: Standard delivery times are as follows: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon - Friday

    Scottish Highlands & Island: 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.

    Delivery Charges for orders over £50 Free* for weight up to 27Kg. Additional Weight will be charged 50p per kg.

    Shipping cost will be calculated on order subtotal after any discount is applied. Any Larger product(s) may be charged additionally for shipping.

    *Free delivery is available in England, Wales & some of the Scotland Postcodes only.

    *Extra charges apply for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland.

    Parcel Delivery during COVID-19  Please see answers below to common delivery questions during COVID-19

    Q:  I'm Self Isolating and expecting a courier's Delivery, What should I do?

    Simply leave a single note, attached to your front door, instructing our driver where your parcel should be left. He will take a photo of the signed note, along with a photo where he has left your parcel as proof of delivery.

    Q:  Why Does your driver insist on me opening my door? I don't want to open my door during quarantine.

    Courier driver is required to take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery as proof of delivery The parcel sender is expecting a signature as proof of delivery, instead of a signature, our driver takes a photo of the parcel in the doorway to prove it was handed over. you do not need to be in the photo, so feel free to step back while the driver takes the photo.

    Q:  Your driver refused to give me my parcel because I wouldn't open my door. why?

    Your driver is required to hand over the parcel at the point of delivery unless we have your permission to leave the parcel somewhere safe. The parcel sender is expecting a signature as proof of delivery, instead of a signature, our driver takes a photo of the parcel in the doorway to prove it was handed over. If you don't want to open the door, you can ensure you still have your parcel delivered by posting a note to your front door instructing our driver where your parcel should be left.

    Q:  Your driver refused to give me my parcel because I wouldn't open my door. why?

    Frozen & Perishables ( Vegetables, Fruits, etc) Products Shipping Policy

    For shipping Perishables (Vegetables, Fruits, etc) and Frozen items, justhaat.com uses a special insulated box that may contain Dry-Ice / ICE packs designed for frozen items to be delivered to you on business working days to preserve cold temperature. Our shipment days for orders containing Perishables or Frozen items products are Monday-to-Thursday. We do not ship Perishables or frozen products on Friday and weekends.

     

    Returns & Claim(s) Policy & Process 

    Product returned for any reason within 14 days of original purchase. To request a refund, contact justhaat.com Customer Service at +44(0) 2034882456, click on via the "Contact us" form or info@justhaat.com to obtain a Return Reference Number. The number must be clearly visible on the exterior of any returned package. The customer will pay the return courier. Reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. 

    Please contact us at info@justhaat.com within 24 hours of the delivery if you have items in your Grocery Delivery that are:

    • Missing
    • Damaged

    Q: How can I get a refund for missing items?

    When your delivery arrives, if you notice an item is missing from your order, please let us know what products are missing at info@justhaat.com within 24 hours of the delivery. 

    Q: What happens if a product is damaged?

    Please share the pictures of the damaged products with us at info@justhaat.com within 24 hours of the delivery. If the image that you send proves the product to be damaged or under quality, we will refund the amount for the damaged product as in-store credit for you which you can use while you shop next time at justhaat.com. You will be notified by email once the amount is refunded.
