2.5 cup desiccated coconut powder
1 cup sweetened condensed milk or milkmaid
⅓ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
Directions
- Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed kadai over medium heat.
- Melt the ghee over a low flame.
- On a low heat, add the desiccated coconut powder to the same pan.
- Combine the two and sauté for a minute.
- Next, add the condensed milk and thoroughly combine.
- Continue to sauté the mixture until it begins to leave the sides of the pan.
