300g bags of Pure Milk Powder, ideal for any application that requires powdered milk. Place the milk powder in a saucepan and slowly mix in 350ml of water. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to low. Dilute the sugar in the remaining water and then add to the mixture, along with half of the pistachios. Stire continuously until the mixture becomes very thick. Turn the mixture in to a 2.5cm deep baking tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top and allow to cool until set. Cut in to diamond shapes and serve.
