Microwave (From Ambient) - 1. Place 75g (3oz) rice per person into a large microwaveable container of water. Add salt if desired. 2. Cover and vent. Cook on full power (650w) for 10 minutes and leave to stand for 2 minutes. 3. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve. Hob (From Ambient) - Place 75g (3oz) rice per person into a large sauce pan of boiling water. 2. Add salt if desired. Bring to the boil, cover then simmer for 10-12 minutes. 3. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
