Cooking Instruction: Deep Fry Heat oil in a large deep pan or wok ( 200°C). To test oil, drop a piece of pappadum into the oil. If it starts to expand and bubble, the oil is hot enough. Gently drop the pappadums one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take out the pappadums within 3-4 seconds. Place pappadum upright and drain excess oil. Then serve.
