Red Chowri are considered to be an important food legume in India, rest of Asia and even Africa. They are also called or referred to as zipper cream peas or Southern peas. In South India Red Chowri are used to make side dishes and broths and are generally cooked with coconut milk, tomatoes, diced onions and spices.
Black pepper has a sharp, pungent aroma and flavour while white pepper is hotter, less subtle and mildly fermented. Pepper is found next to salt on most every table and is used to flavour all types of dishes in cuisines worldwide.

Purvi Rice vermicelli are a thin form of rice noodles. They are sometimes referred to as rice noodles or rice sticks, but they should not be confused with cellophane noodles, a different Asian type of vermicelli made from mung bean starch or rice starch rather than rice grains itself.
Also called Kala Jeera this is a more rare form of cumin. Black Cumin is more subtle than brown cumin, the seeds are sweeter, smaller and have a more delicate taste. The first flavour is small, then it grows to a smokey black flavour like lapsang suchong. The after taste is slightly bitter with nuances of citrus and aniseed.
